Ceramic Cactus Trio

Instructor:  Kelsi Kimura

An introductory workshop consisting of hand building methods of construction for a trio of mini cacti planters .  The workshop will include an overview of clay, glaze, hand-building methods, firing process and cactus care.  It will include all materials including real cacti in finished pieces.  The first session of the workshop will focus on hand building a trio of mini vessels, which will be glazed and fired prior to an optional second second session during which they will be planted with mini cacti.  Kids welcome with parent/guardian accompaniment.
