This will be a 2 session class.

Ages 14+

How to upcycle jean pockets into the star of your new bag
Tricks for working with denim like a pro (no fear of thick seams here!)
Adding inside zippered pockets so your stuff stays organized (and looks amazing!)
Tips to customize your bag with flair—patches, trim, or even bling!

Who Should Attend:
If you’ve mastered the sewing basics and are ready for a project that’s fun, functional, and full of personality, this class is for you!

What to Bring:
2 pairs of jeans ready for a second life
 Any extras you want to add to your masterpiece, like decorative trim, patches, or fabric scraps for customization

What We’ll Provide:

• Sewing machines (or BYO if you’re attached to yours)
• Additional denim scraps and stabilizers
•  A zipper
• Lining fabric for the inside
• A pattern 
• Lots of encouragement, fun, and conversation!
