Pottery Class- Make Your Own MUG!

Registration

  • This is a 2 day class.

    Day 1-Saturday, May 18th- Learn to throw your own mug on a pottery wheel. You will learn to prepare your clay and throw your very own mug on a pottery wheel. Day 2- Sunday, May 19th- This class will consist of trimming your mug and making a handle for your mug. After your mug is fired in the kiln, your mug will be ready to glaze. (Glazing class will be offered at future date a a discount)

    Day 1-Saturday, May 18th- Learn to throw your own mug on a pottery wheel. You will learn to prepare your clay and throw your very own mug on a pottery wheel.
    Day 2- Sunday, May 19th- This class will consist of trimming your mug and making a handle for your mug. After your mug is fired in the kiln, your mug will be ready to glaze. (Glazing class will be offered at future date a a discount)
Registration is closed

Learn how to use a pottery wheel to throw your own mug!  This two-day class will teach you everything you need to know about throwing your own mug on a pottery wheel, trimming your mug, and making the handle.  

Day one- Saturday, May 18th-10:30am to 1:30pm you will learn how to prepare clay for a pottery wheel and then acquire the skills and techniques to create your very own mug. 

Day two-Sunday, May 19th- you will learn how to trim your mug and make a handle to prepare it for daily use after glazing.

(A glazing class will be held at a future date at a discounted price).

*Minimum of 3 students will be required to hold the class. If the class isn't held, a future class will be rescheduled.
