Rockhounding- Casual Adventure

  • Indian Creek entrance - Across from Rimrock entrance

Registration is closed

Ever wanted to learn how to tell one rock from another?

Now's your chance!

Come meet us at the Indian Creek entrance (across from Rimrock) and join some fun, easy-going makers for a chill hike where we'll explore, chat, and learn how to spot different rocks- and find out how they were made way back when.

More of a wanderer? No problem- feel free to roam! Just don't get lost...or do, but make it epic!

Oh, and did we mention? Your guide is a real-life geologist who actually knows their stuff and will help you figure out what cool rocks you've found.

Important!  Bring you own lunch and plenty of water- rock hunting works up an appetite, and we'll be out there for a bit.

This adventure is FREE and is limited to 8 individuals.

*Children are welcome, but must be with a guardian at all times.
