Class Description:
Protect your favorite books with a handmade fabric book sleeve! In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how to create a padded, lined sleeve that keeps your book protected while you're on the go. We'll practice measuring, sewing straight seams, working with interfacing or batting, and creating a clean finished edge. Choose your favorite fabrics and make a book sleeve that's as unique as what you're reading.

Who This Class Is For:
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a practical sewing project. No prior sewing experience is needed. We'll have sewing machines available, but we encourage you to bring your own so you can get comfortable using it. Please bring a book you'd like to make your sleeve for so we can size it appropriately.

Instructor:
This class is taught by Noemi, a DIY-spirited maker who believes sewing is a skill anyone can learn. Her teaching style is hands-on, encouraging, and rooted in building confidence while you create something useful.
