Wheel Throwing is a mesmerizing skill that anyone can learn. With some practice, throwing can open endless possibilities to creating with clay.
In this introductory course, you will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing, covering:
The class includes studio clay, 6 – 2 hour classes, all the tools and equipment for throwing, two firings, and glazes for your pieces.
In addition, two bonus classes:
Glaze Day - July 14th- 5:30pm to 7:30 pm: You will learn how to prep your pieces for glazing and different glazing techniques.
Class Show –July 18th at 2:00 pm: Show your friends and family all of your work to see how you have improved throughout the last 6 weeks. This will be the date to pick up your work.

Learn the basics of how to use a pottery wheel to throw your own bowl! This two-day class will cover the basics to make your own bowl on a pottery wheel. This is a 2-day class.
Day 1- you will learn how to prepare clay for a pottery wheel and then acquire the basic skills and techniques to create your very own bowl.
Day 2- you will learn how to trim your bowl to prepare it for daily use after glazing.

Intro to Machine Sewing: Stitch Your Way to Creativity!
Ready to get creative with fabric and thread? This beginner-friendly class will teach you the basics of using a sewing machine—perfect for curious first-timers or anyone wanting to brush up on their skills.
No machine? We’ve got you covered. Have one? Bring it along!
In this 2-hour class, you’ll learn how to thread your machine, wind and load a bobbin, explore different stitches, and confidently operate your machine. By the end, you’ll complete your very own mini patchwork pillow!
We provide all materials, but feel free to bring any fabric you’d love to use.

Join us for a Sip and Spin class where you will learn about throwing pottery on a wheel while enjoying one glass of local wine, beer, or hard cider.

Make Your Own Tortilla Press- 2 day class
Join us for a hands-on woodworking class where you’ll craft your very own wooden tortilla press from start to finish.
This beginner-friendly workshop - two day class- introduces you to essential woodshop tools and techniques while guiding you through each step of the build.
You’ll learn how to measure, cut, sand, drill, and assemble your press, gaining confidence with common shop equipment in a supportive and supervised environment.
By the end of class, you’ll leave with a fully functional tortilla press—perfect for making fresh, homemade tortillas —and a solid foundation in basic woodworking skills.
All materials and tools are provided. No prior experience needed!
Bring your worn-out or ill-fitting pants back to life. We’ll walk through essential skills like hemming, fixing holes, and adding patches so you can confidently repair your own clothes. Great for beginners and anyone looking to save money and reduce waste.
We’ll have sewing machines available, but we encourage you to bring your own so you can get comfortable using it. Please bring a pair of pants you’d like to work on during the class.
